Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the GlobemX app or website to browse products, request quotes and place wholesale orders. By using GlobemX you agree to them.

The service

GlobemX helps businesses buy wholesale products from global suppliers. A local agent in your market confirms stock, freight and delivery with you and handles payment and after-sales support.

Your account

Give accurate details and keep access to your email, because we sign you in with codes sent there. You are responsible for activity on your account. The service is for businesses and people aged 18 or over.

Prices and quotes

• Prices are wholesale prices per unit in your local currency, before international freight. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply.
• A quote request is not a purchase and costs nothing. Your agent confirms stock and the exact freight, and the app then shows the full total to pay.
• Freight estimates in the app are estimates only. The confirmed total in your order is what you pay.
• Product photos and descriptions come from suppliers; small differences in colour or packaging can occur. Ask your agent for samples if a detail matters.

Payment

Your order is confirmed when you pay the confirmed total. Pay only into the account shown in your order in the app or on your proforma invoice, and use the order reference. GlobemX never asks you to pay into a personal account over WhatsApp. Payments sent to any other account are made at your own risk.

Shipping and delivery

Transit times are estimates and can change because of carriers, customs or events outside our control. Import duties, taxes and local delivery are as agreed with your agent.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel an order in the app until a payment is recorded. After that, contact your agent; refunds and returns are handled with your agent according to the agreed terms and the condition of the goods.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, try to access other people's data, interfere with the app, or use GlobemX for anything unlawful.

Liability

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, GlobemX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use GlobemX means you accept the updated terms.
